Vanam eco retreat centre is totally off-grid and has been designed to flow with nature. The food is locally sourced, as much as possible from the property’s extensive vegetable gardens and prepared with love by Andy, the on-site chef. You are here to move mountains, to take a deep dive into the well of consciousness, become connected deeply with yourself, and most importantly; to WAKE UP and live life to it’s fullest.
This retreat with Clare Lovelace and Karina Pupo is an invitation into flow state, a deep connection with yourself, the earth and each other. As well as a daily asana practice, you will experience tools for embodying concepts through different kinds of movement, integration of the shadow aspects of the self through explorative understanding and deep meditation practices to bring you into the present moment.
