Yin & Mindfulness: How to Cultivate Loving Presence

This workshop has been designed to heal our connection with ourselves, our physical bodies, each other and our natural world through Yin yoga postures, loving kindness meditation, free movement and deep listening.

As humans we are conditioned to forget our true nature and slip into trance - an emotional reactivity to life that keeps us identified with a limited, seperate sense of self. This workshop helps us to identify this trance and to bring a healing attention that frees us to live our moments with creativity, wisdom and love. This workshop is for the sole (soul) purpose of healing and you will be sure to experience a divine energetic shift. We will explore how to take these lessons off the mat and into the world, so every moment can be lived wholeheartedly and we can embrace live in all of its magic.

 

Prana Vinyasa Flow - Tasting the Nectar of Life

Clare has trained extensively with Shiva Rae who developed the practice of ‘Prana Vinyasa Flow’. This workshop is an opportunity to connect with our bodies natural movement patterns through yoga based posture, freeform movement and natural pulsation. Clare will guide you through visualisation, meditation, tantric philosophy, yoga postures and freeform movement complimented by a carefully curated musical soundtrack to elevate your consciousness and free your mind, body and soul.
